Well, you that don't exercise may not fully understand what I write because you feel this feeling pretty much everyday... But to those who normally exercise regularly and you someone slipped into a funk and haven't been exercising... you will understand EXACTLY where I'm coming from...
Have you ever some how without really noticing... ended up taking more time off (of your exercise regime) than you should? And after some time you find yourself feeling sluggish or getting tired easily or not motivated to do physically active things?
That's what happens when you've given your body too much time in what I like to call "lazy-mode". The more time you take off the easier it is to make excuses. You will forever tell yourself "I will start tomorrow", or "Monday". Yes there's always a reason to put it off for another time.
But that's what's keeping your body in lazy-mode! If you want to get the energy back, then you need to pay the price. Don't look for time, MAKE TIME to exercise.
Even if you start with simple stuff like, doing a few push-ups when you wake up or taking the stairs, or doing some calf raises whilst on the elevator, etc. But get your body into active mode and don't let another day pass.
The more active your body is, the better quality life you will live. So what that basically means is:
EXERCISE = LIFE.
